End User License Agreement
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT Infinity Pines QB Reconciliation Tool Effective Date: April 5, 2026
1. Parties This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Infinity Pines Properties / Infinity Pines Properties QOZB, LLC ("Owner") and any authorized user of this application. This application is developed exclusively for internal business use by the Owner.
2. Permitted Use This application is a private, internal tool developed solely for use by Infinity Pines Properties and Infinity Pines Properties QOZB, LLC, and their authorized personnel. It is used exclusively to automate the reconciliation of Airbnb payout transactions against QuickBooks Online invoices for the Owner's short-term rental business accounts.
3. Restrictions
- This application is not available to the general public
- It will not be sold, licensed, sublicensed, or distributed to any third party
- It will not be used to access any QuickBooks Online accounts other than those owned and operated by Infinity Pines Properties and Infinity Pines Properties QOZB, LLC
- No User Data from QuickBooks Online will be stored, shared, or transmitted to any third party
4. Data Use This application accesses QuickBooks Online solely to read invoice data and create payment and deposit transactions on behalf of the Owner. All data accessed remains strictly within the Owner's own QuickBooks Online accounts. No data is collected, stored externally, sold, or shared.
5. Security The Owner agrees to maintain the security of all API credentials and access tokens. Credentials will not be shared with unauthorized individuals. The Owner accepts full responsibility for all actions taken by the application against their QuickBooks Online accounts.
6. Warranty Disclaimer This application is provided as-is for internal business purposes. The Owner acknowledges that Intuit is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the application's use.
7. Limitation of Liability The Owner assumes all responsibility for the accuracy of transactions created by this application. The Owner will review all transactions before final reconciliation.
8. Termination This Agreement remains in effect for as long as the application is in use. The Owner may terminate use at any time by revoking API access through the Intuit Developer Portal.
9. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
