Infinity Pines Reconciliation Tool

A private, internal accounting automation tool built for Infinity Pines Properties. This application connects to QuickBooks Online via the Intuit API to automate the reconciliation of short-term rental income from Airbnb and VRBO.

The tool reads payout data exported from Airbnb and OwnerRez (a channel management platform), matches each aggregated payout to its individual guest reservations, and automatically creates categorized deposit transactions in QuickBooks Online. It breaks each payout into its component parts — rental income, platform service fees, and pass-through taxes — and posts them to the appropriate accounts in the company's chart of accounts.

This application is for internal use only and is not available to the public. It does not collect, store, or share any user data. All data remains within the owner's QuickBooks Online account and local file system.
